WHAT THEY SAID

The best analogy I have for a yoga class with Danielle is that of a walk along the beach. You move from the gentle, yet thoughtful subtleness of balance required for soft sand to the more powerful poses of the tide washed edge of the Ocean. Always in breath with the waves of your fellow practitioners and in my case always dripping in the salt of the energy. You leave fresh and feeling a lot lighter, wondering when you can next visit this place of wonder.
