It is my passion to support people in recognizing their light and stepping into bold possibility. This light is already within each of us, but sometimes it dims and we forget how bright we can be. I incorporate the tools of yoga to shed the layers of limiting beliefs and uncover who we truly are. As the director of mindful performance at lululemon athletica, it is my responsiblity to set the overall vision, strategy, and direction of the mindful performance initiatives and experiences. I am the creator and lead teacher of mind.ful.on, lululemon’s 200hr yoga leadership teacher training. I am also a Vedic Educator for the Chopra Center, leading events and retreats with them globally, as well as one of the featured online teachers for JIYO and Gaia Yoga.
My journey with the practice of yoga and meditation began in 2000 when my career as a professional dancer and singer came to a close.
