Teacher Trainings

Enrolment is now closed for our 100hr Online Yoga Leadership Teacher Training (YLTT) 

 

However, you can still attend retreats as part of your 300hr Advanced YLTT. Sign up for my newsletter to hear about next year's dates for the 100hr Online Training.

The 300hr certification process is delivered in a flexible hybrid in-person and online format. 180 hours will be in person over three, 7-day retreats. 100 hours of instruction will be delivered online over the course of several months. Students will have 3 years to complete 300 hours.

About our teacher trainings...

Our 200hr and 300hr teacher trainings are rooted in yoga, mindfulness, leadership and Ayurveda. Our trainings support the development of conscious leaders certifying them to teach our wellbeing practices globally. Our trainings are recognized by Yoga Alliance, a nonprofit association representing the yoga community, with over 7,000 Registered Yoga Schools (RYS) and more than 100,000 Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) as of April 2020. Yoga Alliance fosters and supports the high quality, safe, accessible, and equitable teaching of yoga.

Learning objectives of the 200hr foundational training

Students will: â€‹

  • deepen their own practice of yoga both on and off the mat

  • be able to lead a yoga class and understand the fundamental principles of sequencing

  • be able to lead lectures on mindfulness

  • have a basic understanding of Ayurveda

​

Learning objectives of the 300hr advanced training delivered in 3 in-person retreats plus the 100hr online training

Students will:

  • be able to customize a yoga class based on their students mind/body constitution

  • be able to lead Ayurvedic lectures

  • be able to coach students/clients through the timeless teachings of yoga philosophy

  • develop the skillset of public speaking and storytelling

  • design an intake process & create a yoga practice based on the mind/body constitution of their client

  • learn the fundamentals of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion as it applies to yoga
