Terms & Conditions

(1) Payment Terms and Partial Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated in any of Danielle Mika Nagel’s other materials or agreed in writing by Danielle Mika Nagel, you (the participant and hereinafter referred to as “You” or “Your”) agree that all amounts paid for the Event are non-refundable. However, if You need to cancel, and Danielle Mika Nagel is able to fill Your spot, You will receive a refund minus a $750 USD administration fee.

 

(2) Assumption of Risk: By electing to participate in the Event, You understand that it is Your responsibility to consult with a physician or health care provider prior to Your participation in any of the yoga classes and/or activity (hereinafter collectively “Activities”) offered during the Event. You understand that all Activities are optional and that You may decline to participate in any Activity for any reason whatsoever. You agree to follow any instructions that may be given for purposes of safe participation in the Activities. You understand and acknowledge that You are fully responsible for any and all of Your risks, injuries, losses or damages, known or unknown, which may occur as a result of Your decision to participate in the Event including but not limited to all of its Activities.

 

(3) Waiver of Liability: To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, You waive any liability and release Danielle Mika Nagel along with her representatives, her business entities, her assistants, other facilitators, other participants and guest speakers from any claim, demand, cause of action or legal liability of any kind resulting from or related to Your participation in the Event offered by Danielle Mika Nagel.

 

(4) Unforeseeable Circumstances: Danielle Mika Nagel is not responsible or liable for any delay or failure to perform the Event and/or any Activity due to circumstances outside of Danielle Mika Nagel’s control including but not limited to natural disasters, Acts of God, government actions (e.g., war, riots, etc.), epidemics, pandemics and Event infrastructure or transportation failures (e.g., power outages, transportation delays or cancellations, etc.).

 

(5) Acknowledgement and Agreement: You have read, fully understood, and agree to the Terms and Conditions stated herein. You acknowledge that in the event you had any questions, You had the opportunity to ask Danielle Mika Nagel questions and in such event all such questions were answered to Your satisfaction.
