Hi, I'm Danielle Mika Nagel
I am a passionate and innovative leader with two decades of experience in wellness. I've spent the last ten years in the corporate space, creating transformational leadership development experiences and programs for individuals, teams, and executives. I integrate the timeless wisdom of yoga, Ayurveda, and mindfulness into everything I do in an accessible way. This is guided by my core values of fun, growth, and impact, which determine where I focus my energy each day.

I believe in the power of choosing what brings you joy, the courage to give yourself permission to fail, and the strength found in giving yourself grace and loving yourself unconditionally. This is what I bring to my work with you.

I offer support through a variety of ways: coaching, mentoring and consulting, speaking engagements and workshops, hosting wellness retreats, online courses, and teacher trainings.
