1
Are your trainings registered through Yoga Alliance?
Yes! Both 200-hr and 300-hr trainings are registered schools through Yoga Alliance. Once you complete the online components and in-person retreats, you will be eligible to apply for your 200-hr or 300-hr status with Yoga Alliance.
2
Are there any pre-requisites for the 300-hr training?
You do not need to have graduated from a traditional 200-hr YTT to apply for the 300-hr Advanced YLTT. However, you will need to complete some online courses from the 200-hr to be eligible for the 300-hr YLTT. I have had many students in my advanced training who are certified in meditation and/or Ayurveda. The 300-hr YLTT has less of a focus on asana (the physical practice of yoga).
3
Can I register for only the online components for your Yoga Leadership Teacher Trainings?
Yes, but you will only receive continued education credits (CEC) with Yoga Alliance if you are already a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher. If not, you will not be able to apply for CECs.
4
Is there a time limit to complete the 200-hr and 300-hr YLTTs?
You have up to 2 years to complete the 200-hr Foundations Training and 3 years to complete the 300-hr Advanced Training.
5
Is there a discount for students on the teacher's path for the retreats?
Yes! Those on the teacher's path will receive priority and discounted pricing on select retreats.
6
When are your next 200hr and 300hr trainings?
The online modules for both the 200-hr and 300-hr trainings will begin in January, 2025! Sign up for my newsletter to learn about updates.
